For The Record: Quick News
On JC And Justin
(3/15/04) MTV
JC Chasez, who will promote his solo LP, Schizophrenic, with a
spring tour, is pitching Jive Records an interesting idea for the
outing. "If we could get a JC/ Justin [Timberlake] tour ...
that'd be a pretty good show," he said recently. If that doesn't
work out, Chasez would be into hitting the road with his pal BT.

You thought Justin Timberlake was the only one to survive the crash
‘n’ burn carnage that was the end of one of America's
biggest boy bands? Then think again, cos fellow N’Sync-er
JC Chasez provides the vocals to this atypical behemoth banger of
a dancefloor anthem from the Jaxx. There are elements of funk and
rock with a nifty leccy guitar riff in the chorus, where JC Screams
“Plug it in bayyyybeee!!!” like he’s the love
child of unspeakable things that Electric Six did to one another.
It’s certainly up there with “Where’s Your Head
At?” in terms of thumping bass and sure-fire-hit-ness.
First Pictures From the Vancouver Edison Set
(3/14/04) ComingSoon.net
Mark' from Hollywood North Report alerted us they've got up the
first four pictures from the set of Edison, which started filming
in Vancouver on Saturday, March 13. Morgan Freeman, Kevin Spacey
and LL Cool J star in the story of a young journalist (Justing Timberlake)
who uncovers an elite unit of corrupt cops. Realizing he's in over
his head, he makes an uneasy alliance with a burned-out reporter
(Freeman) and the district attorney's ace investigator (Spacey).
Piper Perabo, Rachel Spector, and Katya Virshilaf also star.
The first day of production took place at the Vancouver Public
Library Main Branch on Robson Street in Downtown Vancouver and the
first shots done were exteriors with Justin Timberlake filmed going
in and out of VPL and then later Kevin Spacey and Morgan Freeman
filmed together leaving the building. After that they moved inside
the building to do some scenes in what was said to be an office
setting.
